3 1/2 ounces fresh Broccoli
1 1/4 tbls onions, chopped
1/4 cup shredded chedder cheese
1/4 tsp Worschester sauce
1 1/4 tbls butter
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup cream

Directions:
Directions:

Cut Broccoli into large pieces. In sauce pan cook Broccoli in small amount of lightly salted water until tender. Let set until cool enough to handle, then finely chop. In a deep sauce pan heat butter, add onions and cook until limp,but not brown. Blend in flour, slowly add broth, milk, and cream. Add Worschester sauce. Bring soup to boil, Reduce heat, stir in cheese until melted.

Serve immediatly.
