12 oz ham finely chopped
2 1/2 (10 oz) chedder/jack shredded cheese
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup green onions chopped
8 -7 inch flour tortillas
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs beaten
2 cups lt cream or milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Few drops hot pepper sauce
1 tblsp flour

Directions:
Directions:

Mix ham with 2 cups cheese, onions, and green pepper. Roll 1/3 cup mixture in each tortilla shell. Place seam down in 11x17 baking dish.

Combine eggs, cream, flour, salt, garlic and pepper sauce.

Pour over enchiladas.

Refridgerate over night

Bake covered at 350 for 40 min.

Uncover bake another 10-15 min. Add remaining cheese and bake until melted.
