12 slices white bread, crusts removed
2 pkgs (8 oz) cream cheese
1 cup blueberries
12 eggs
2 cups milk
1/3 cuo maple syrup

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup blueberries
2 tbls cornstarch
1 tbls butter


Directions:
Directions:

Cut bread into 1 inch cubes

Place half in a greased 13x9 baking dish

Cut cream cheese into 1 inch cubes and place over bread

In large bowl beat eggs

Add milk and syrup, mix well

Pour over bread mixture

Cover and chill 8 hour or over night

Remove from fridge 30 min before baking

Cover and bake 25-30 min. Then uncover and bake additional 30 min

Sauce

In sauce pan combine sugar and cornstarch

Add water and bring to boil. Boil for 3 min stirring constantly

Stir in blueberries

Reduce heat, simmer 8-10 min until berries burst

Stir in butter and serve over french toast
