2 tbsp. butter, 4 tbsp. flour, 2 c. half and half, 1 bunch broccoli (cut in small pieces), 1 small chopped onion, 3 c. chicken broth, 2 cloves garlic (crushed), salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large pan over medium heat, add flour and mix. Add half and half. In large pot, cook broccoli in chicken broth, add onion and crushed garlic - bring to boil and simmer 15 minutes. In food processor or blender puree chicken broth, broccoli, garlic and onion - add to butter/flour/half and half mixture. Simmer on low until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
