32 oz Hash browns
¾ cup Butter
½ cup Chopped onion (optional)
1 can Cream of chicken soup
8 oz. Sour cream
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
2 cup Corn flakes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, ½ cup melted butter, soup, sour cream, cheese and onion. Stir well. Spoon into greased casserole. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top and then drizzle on remaining ¼ cup of butter.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until it bubbles.
