Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground pork (unseasoned sausage)
2 lbs ground fully cooked ham
4 cups dry bread crumbs
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup milk
Glaze:
1½ cups brown sugar, packed
¾ cup water
½ cup vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard or 1 tbsp prepared honey mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine pork, ham, crumbs, eggs and milk. Shape into 12 ovals or 2 or 3 loaves.
2. Place in baking pan; make sure it's deep enough the glaze won't spill over.
3. Combine all the glaze ingredients. Heat until boiling and cook until sugar is dissolved.
4. Pour glaze over the ham loaves. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Baste every 15 to 20 minutes.
** You can decorate the top of the loaves with pineapple and maraschino cherries if desired.
***I have also used different flavored vinegar in the glaze. Pomegranate was really good.
