1 lb lean ground beef
1 egg white, lightly beaten
⅓ cup finely diced onion
¼ cup saltine crumbs (dried bread crumbs will work too)
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
1 (12 oz) jar beef gravy
1¼-1½ cup fresh sliced mushroom
2 tbsp water
Hot cooked noodles, rice or mashed potatoes, your preference

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine beef, egg white, onion, crumbs, horseradish, salt and pepper.
2. Shape into 4 oval patties. Fry in a skillet over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through,
turning once.
3. Remove patties and keep warm. Add gravy, mushrooms and water to skillet; heat for 3-5 minutes.
4. Serve over patties and noddles, rice or potatoes.
**You can also make this in a slow cooker, or the oven. Just brown the patties on both sides first, place in
slow cooker or oven safe dish.
