8 tender cabbage leaves, whole
2½ cups ground steak
1 onion, minced
1 green pepper, cut small
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup cooked rice
1½ cups tomato juice, sweetened with 1 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Parboil cabbage leaves 3 minutes. Mix meat, onion, pepper, rice and seasonings.
Put mixture into leaves, roll and fasten with skewers or tie with string.
Place in baking pan and pour over them the sweetened tomato juice. Cover and bake for 35 minutes.
