1 lb. lean hamburger
1/2 cup garlic seasoned fine bread crumbs
1 egg
1 T water
2 T oil, divided
1/2 large onion, chopped
1/2 each green, yellow or red bell pepper, julienned
1 large carrot, sliced
2 T butter
Egg Noodles
Sauce:
2 cans beef broth
1/2 can water
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, egg and water and form into small meat balls.
Brown in batches in skillet with 1 T oil; but do not overcrowd. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Saute onion, pepper and carrot in additional 1 T oil.
Heat noodles according to package directions, drain, and place back in cooking dish with 2 T butter.
For Sauce:
Place sauteed vegetables in heated beef broth. Add garlic salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer slowly for 10 minutes. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water.
Slowly add to broth mixture, bring to boil and stir until thickened.
Add the sauteed meat ball. Heat slowly until heated through. Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream.
Serve hot over cooked noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
