3 28oz drained whole tomatoes
1 bunch green onions
1/2 green bell pepper
1 cup cilantro
2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 TBS garlic salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 can green chilies

Combine ingredients into food processor careful not to over pulse. Hand dice onions.

Can make spicier by adding peppers. Serrano and Anaheim are my favorite.
