SMALL BATCH;
30 chicken wings (fresh or frozen)

Marinade Ingredients:
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
4 green onions, chopped

MEDIUM BATCH;
90 chicken wings(fresh or frozen)

Marinade Ingredients:
4 c. soy sauce
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. oil
4 c. sugar
4 tsp garlic powder
4 tsp ginger powder
16 green onions, chopped

LARGE BATCH;
180 chicken wings (fresh or frozen)

Marinade Ingredients:
8 c. soy sauce
2 c. pineapple juice
2 c. oil
8 c. sugar
8 tsp garlic powder
8 tsp ginger powder
32 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large zipper bag, glass or plastic container. No Metal.

Remove tips from wings and skin if desired. Divide wings into 2 sections. Marinate wings overnight.

For small batch bake in glass baking dish at 350º 1-1/2 to 2 hours, turning 2-3 times during cooking.

For medium or large batches separate into 2- 4 glass baking dishes and bake at 350º 2 hours or longer until meat is done. Turn 2-3 times during baking.

I have made the small batch in a crockpot for 4-6 hours and it works well.

The larger recipes may be made in a large electric roaster.
