1/3 cup lite apple pie filling
1/4 cup Kodiak buttermilk pancake mix
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Spray an individual size pie pan with cooking spray. Combine pancake mix and water; set aside.
Put apple pie filling in the bottom of pie pan and then pour the pancake batter over the top.
Bake for about 20 minutes. When it comes out of the oven, lightly spray with butter and drizzle with syrup.
