½ C Butter, softened
½ C Shortening
½ C Sugar
2 Eggs
2 3/4 C Flour
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Salt

Cinnamon Sugar Mixture:
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix butter, shortening, sugar, and eggs. Blend in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Shape into small balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake 8-10 minutes on ungreased baking sheet.
