1 cup sugar
1 package (3-ounce) Strawberry Jell-O
1 egg
4 cups rhubarb
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Combine together sugar, Jell-O, egg and rhubarb.

In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, put in 1/2 rhubarb mixture, then 1/2 cake mix, then sprinkle rest of rhubarb, then cake mix.

Melt 1/2 cup butter then pour over top, then pour 1 1/2 cup cold water. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
