4 to 5 Pounds bone in Country-style pork ribs
1 Cup ketchup
1 Cup barbecue sauce
¼ Cup brown sugar
½ Cup Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon molasses
1 Garlic clove or minced garlic
2 Tablespoons of dried minced onions
1 Teaspoon of Cajun seasonings
½ Teaspoon salt & pepper

Preheat your oven to 375º F. Wash your pork ribs and pat dry. In a large mixing bowl add 1 Cup ketchup, 1 Cup barbecue sauce, ¼ Cup brown sugar, ½ Cup Worcestershire sauce, and 1 Tablespoon molasses. Stir together and set aside. Take your 1 garlic clove or minced garlic, 2 Tablespoons of dried minced onions, 1 Teaspoon of Cajun seasonings, ½ Teaspoon salt & pepper, and rub the mixture evenly on both sides of your meat. Dip your ribs into the sauce then place in an ungreased baking pan. Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes uncovered. Then add ½ cup of water and cover. Place back in the oven for 15-20 minutes for tenderness. Remove and serve.
