1 Teaspoon of salt
1 Teaspoon of garlic powder
1 Teaspoon of ground cumin
1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of chili powder
1 Teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 Boneless pork shoulder 3 to 4 pounds halves
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
2 Medium onions halves slices
6 Garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1½ Cups of water
1 Tablespoon liquid smoke optional
10 Slider buns split and toasted with BBQ Sauce

Mix seasoning and rub over pork. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat, brown pork on all sides, and transfer to a slow cooker. In the same pan, cook and stir onions over medium heat until lightly browned for 4-5 minutes. Add garlic, cook, and stir for 1 minute. Add water bring to a boil, stirring to loosen brown bits from the pan. Stir in liquid smoke, add to pork. Cook, covered on low until meat is tender, for 6-8 hours. Remove pork and discard the onion mixture. Shred pork with two forks, return it to slow cooker, and heat through. Serve on toasted slider buns with barbecue sauce. Yummy!!
