Crust:
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons milk

Filling:
1/2 cup sugar
1 3-ounce package cherry jello
3 cups rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces

Topping:
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
For crust: Mix dry ingredients. Cut butter into dry ingredients. Mix in beaten eggs and milk. Pat dough into a greased 8-inch pan.

Arrange rhubarb pieces over crust. Combine jello and sugar and sprinkle over rhubarb.

For topping: Combine and sprinkle over top.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, to let jello set before serving.

Serve plain or with ice cream.
