½ C shortening
1 C sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
3 ¼ C flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ C thick sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg and vanilla, beat well. Add cream and dry ingredients and beat well. Roll out and cut out. Bake on greased cookie sheet in 325º oven. Cool and frost if desired.
