16 oz. package of skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
2 cans, Cream of Chicken soup
16 oz. Sour Cream
40 Ritz Crackers, crushed
2 T Poppy Seeds
1 Stick of Butter, melted
Egg Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken breasts in oven or steam in vegetable steamer. Mix sour cream and soups. Place cubed chicken in a 9x13 pan and pour the soup mixture over it. Add the poppy seeds to the crushed crackers and sprinkle on the top. Drizzle melted butter over the crackers.
Bake at 350º, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Serve over egg noodles.
