1½ cups cake & pastry flour
½ cup dutch cocoa powder
¾ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
1⅓ cups superfine sugar
½ cup unsalted butter
¼ cup milk
½ cup strong hot coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, whisked together

12 oz. semi sweet baking chocolate
1¾ cups whipping cream
½ cup sour cream
vanilla
salt
Directions:

Blend together sugar and butter and mix till fluffy. Mix in milk, vanilla and strong coffee. Sift remaining dry ingredients together and add to wet mixture until blended. Add eggs at the very end. Batter will be thin. Bake in prepared pan for 30 minutes in 350º oven.

Melt together semi-sweet chocolate and whipping cream. Stir in sour cream vanilla and salt and blend well. Set aside to cool as mixture thickens when it cools.
