Crust Layer
1/2 lb. Oreos, crushed
1/2 c. melted Butter

Layer 2
1/2 gallon Peppermint Bon Bon or Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, softened

Layer 3
1 can Evaporated Milk
1/2 c. Butter
1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Cocoa Powder

Top Layer
1/2 pint whipping cream or 1 tub of Cool Whip, thawed.
1/2 c. Chopped Walnuts

Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Freeze while preparing other layers.

Mix ingredients for layer 3 in a saucepan and cook over med-high heat until boiling. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Soften ice cream for layer 2 and spread evenly over cold Oreo crust. Freeze 1 hour.

Pour completely cooled layer 3 chocolate mixture evenly over ice cream layer. Freeze 1 hour.

Whip cream or thaw Cool Whip and spread evenly over chocolate layer. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Freeze until 1/2 hour before serving.
