2 country-style pork ribs
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 onion
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 Tablespoon cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly sprinkle the country-style ribs with kosher salt and black pepper.

Cut the onion into slices and place them into the bottom of the crockpot. Click for a 4 quart crockpot.

Arrange the two pork ribs in the slow cooker on top of the onions.

Add the cream of mushroom soup over the pork ribs.

Sprinkle the paprika over the soup.

Cover and cook on the low setting for 8 hours, or on high setting for about 4 hours.

Remove the pork to a serving plate and keep warm.

Stir together the flour and water.

Pour the flour mixture into broth in the crockpot to thicken the gravy.

Turn the slow cooker to the HIGH heat setting and continue cooking for about 5 minutes or until gravy is thickened.
