1 - 8 oz pkg. cream cheese (room temp)
1 egg
1/2 cup Sugar
6 oz pkg. Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Cream together first 3 ingredients and add chocolate chips.

When making cupcakes fill liners half full. Add one generous tablespoon of filling. Filling will bake into the center of the cupcake. Freezes well after baking. Makes cupcake easy to pack for a lunch.
