10-12 oz penne pasta
2 cups cooked and chopped chicken
¾ cup cooked and chopped bacon
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
2 cups heavy cream (half and half or milk is fine too)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic salt
⅓ cup Ranch dressing
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Stir in a little oil to prevent the pasta from
sticking together.
2. Toss in cooked and chopped chicken plus the bacon.

To make the Ranch Alfredo Sauce:
1. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and stir to combine. Once you have your roux, add the cream (or
milk) stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in garlic salt, onion powder
and Ranch dressing til well combined
2. Pour Ranch Alfredo over pasta, chicken and bacon. Stir to combine.
3. Add in shredded cheese.
4. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350º for at least 15 minutes or until cooked through and
bubbly around the edges.
