12 Slices of Bacon crisply fried and Crumbled
2 Cups Shredded Jarlsberg Swiss Cheese
2 Tablespoons finely chopped onions
1 Cup Fresh mushrooms Sliced
4 eggs
2 Cups Whipping cream
¾ teaspoons of salt
¼ teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Prepare pastry (I get the rolled Pillsbury pie crust, comes in a package of 2 pre made)
Sprinkle bacon, cheese, mushrooms and onions in pastry lined dish
Beat eggs slightly, beat in remaining ingredients
Bake 15 minutes @425
Reduce oven temp to 300 and bake 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
