Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 bags of popped microwave popcorn (I use Orville Redenbacher light and fluffy – it pops the best)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Put Popcorn in rectangular disposable pan at 250 degrees (I spray the pan with cooking oil spray)
(I use 2 pans, one to pour the popped corn in, transfer the popped corn to the sprayed pan and toss the un popped kernels left behind)

Cook brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges.
Continue cooking 5 minutes; remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Stir in baking soda until foamy.
Pour mixture over popcorn, stirring until corn is well coated.

Bake uncovered in a 250 degree oven for 1 hour or more, stirring every 15 minutes.
