Directions:
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Add your butter and garlic paste to a half pot of boiling water. Let it come to a boil, then add potatoes, and boil until they're soft. Remove potatoes. Softly wrap them in a foil sheet, place them on a baking sheet and place them in the oven. This will help dry some of the moisture out of your potato. Leave in the oven for about 15 mins. Take a saucepan and add your seasoned, thin steak along with your, ½ Green, Red, Yellow, and Orange bell peppers chopped fine, ½ Cup of sliced white onion, ½ Cup of steak sauce (your choice), and ½ Cup Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium heat until tender. Remove your potatoes from the oven, take the foil sheet off, plate it, and cut down the middle. Take a potato masher and lightly mash your potato a little in the center. Add salt & pepper and sprinkle cheese on the potato. Add your steak and peppers with sauce from the meat. Top with chives & serve.

Personal Notes:
I said, "This can't be right. I'm supposed to meet him tonight!" But it was true. The caller was not wrong and I'd lost another brother! My understanding was so shaken up and unclear. He never mentioned anything regarding trouble. What happened? He left us without an answer. Why was this all happening? My heart was broken once more and I had no clue; but WHY?
