1⅓ ¾ ½ cups of sifted all-purpose flour
1⅓ ¾ ½ cups of whole wheat flour
3 1½ 1 tablespoons sugar
4 2½ 1⅔ teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ dash teaspoon salt
4 3 2 eggs, separated
2⅔ 1½ 1½ cups of milk
½ cup 5 3⅓ tablespoons butter melted

A makes 6-8 servings
B makes 4-5 servings
C makes 2-3 servings

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift the dry ingredients together
2. Beat the egg yolks until thick
3. Combine the beaten yolks with the milk and melted butter and stir until the dry ingredients
4. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the batter.
Bake in a hot waffle iron.
