3 - 4 lb. chuck or pot roast
2 onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves
3 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
2 T. mustard
3 T. cider vinegar
½ c. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
carrots and potatoes, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast in olive oil. If using vegetables, place them in crockpot and place browned roast on top. Combine all the other ingredients to make sauce and then pour over meat and vegetables. Cook on high for approx. 5 or 6 hours.
