1 lb. Dried Baby or Medium Sized Lima Beans
3 t. Salt
½ C. Butter
¾ C. Brown Sugar
1 T. Dry Mustard
2 T. Molasses
1 C. Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight in water to cover. Switch out the water after a couple of hours. Drain and cook in fresh water with 1 t. salt for 30 - 40 minutes. Drain

Put in greased casserole, dot with butter. Mix 2 t. salt and everything else except the sour cream. Spread over the beans. Bake covered at 350º for 20 - 25 minutes. Stir in the sour cream, cover and bake 1 hour longer. **Be careful and check after 30 minutes!

This is so rich and delicious. Although once the liquid dried up during the last hour of cooking, so check yours and make sure it doesn't dry out. This recipe came from my Bubby. She had a magic touch with all of her cooking!
