2 lbs. Chicken Livers
6 eggs, Hard Boiled
2 large onions, sliced
¼ C. Schmaltz
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash livers and drain and dry well. Cut livers in half and set aside. Melt schmaltz in large skillet. Add onions and saute until soft but not wooshy & brown. Remove onions and add the livers. Cook thoroughly until all the red is gone.. Cool. Put liver, onions and eggs through a meat grinder or pulse in a food processor until desired consistency being cautions to not over process. Add Salt and pepper to taste.

Start with 4 eggs and add more if needed.
If it tastes a little dry, add more schmaltz
