Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger
1 large onion (sliced or diced)

4-5 yellow squash or a mix with zucchini (cut into slices)

salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Make this in a tall sided, large fry pan with lid. Completely scramble fry hamburger (no red) and onion, drain off grease. Add generous amounts of salt & pepper to taste after frying . Put sliced squash on top and put on lid. Our lid usually floats on top of squash until cooked a bit. Make sure to turn a couple of times to mix thoroughly and to not have hamburger stick on bottom. Mike likes the hamburger to brown/caramelize a bit on bottom, adds to taste. Watch so does not burn! Cook until your desired level of squash doneness. We plate/bowl up using a slotted spoon and let person add more S & P if needed.
