½ cup oatmeal of your choice
¼ cup Greek yogurt
fruit of your choice
1 Tbsp walnuts
1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp flaxseeds
1 tsp cinnamon
*optional serving of protein powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook oats on stove with water or dairy free milk, add in cinnamon. Next, put some coconut oil in a pan then add the nuts and continue mixing until they’re lightly roasted. Remove oats from pot and add to serving bowl, add in nuts. Put Greek yogurt on top of the oats followed by fruit of choice. You can also add in a serving of your favorite protein powder to the oats as they’re cooking. It’s Delicious and you can mix up the style with different nuts, seeds, fruits and seasonings!
