* 1 large onion , sliced and separated into rings
* 2 1/2 to 3 pounds boneless country style pork ribs
* 1 1/2 cups of your favorite red barbecue sauce
* 1/3 cup maple syrup
* 1/4 cup of honey
* 1/4 cup Dijon style mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion rings in a 5 qt. slow cooker. Top with the ribs. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the ribs.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until the meat is tender.
.Hint: For added flavor grill the ribs to brown and partially cook. If added to the cooker while hot it will reduce cooking time.
