2 packages cinnamon roll dough

4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
2 granny smith apples, peeled and diced
1 cup brown sugar, packed

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the cinnamon rolls into 9 even pieces per cinnamon roll.

In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla, stirring until smooth.

In a pan over medium heat, combine butter, apples and brown sugar. Cook until sugar starts to caramelize. About 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the cinnamon roll dough in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over the rolls followed by the apple mixture. Drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll packages over the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown in 350 degree oven.

Serve with ice cream.
