12oz pkg Frozen Shrimp¥...................................................I Cup Orzo
1 Zucchini, Sliced in half rounds.......................................1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
1 Clove Garlic, crushed ......................................................2 Tbsp Butter
1 Yellow Squash, diced large.............................................1 Tbsp Honey
8 oz Mushrooms, Sliced......................................................Juice of ½ Lime

Directions:

Cook orzo in about 2 Cups water a!ong with bouillon cube until done. If water boils out add more. You want about ½ cup extra liquid in pot. Remove from heat. In large frying pan add a litt!e Olive oil then all the vegetables and cook a couple minutes until done. You can add a little juice from the orzo pot. Push the vegetables to one side and melt butter then add honey and shrimp. Cook just a minute to coat and heat. Squeeze lime over shrimp Do not overcook shrimp. Mix with vegetables and add orzo with any remaining juice. Heat through. You can grate on fresh parmesan cheese if desired. ¥You can use raw or cooked frozen shrimp any size you like. I prefer medium sized.
