8 slices French or Italian bread
¼ c. butter
½ c. brown sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
4 eggs, slightly beaten
⅔ c. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 9" x 13" inch baking pan. Mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and orange rind and sprinkle evenly over melted butter. Mix together the eggs and orange juice. Dip the bread slices in liquid mixture and place in prepared pan. Pour any leftover liquid over the bread slices. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Turn out of pan immediately. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
