1 c. flour
½ c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
dash of salt
1 stick melted butter
2 beaten eggs juice of one lemon
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. cottage cheese
16 oz. soft cream cheese
2 beaten eggs
¼ c. sugar
sour cream or berries for garnish

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300º F. Mix the flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add the butter, 2 eggs, milk and vanilla and mix until smooth. Spread half the mixture in a greased 9" x 15" baking dish. Combine the cottage cheese, cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup sugar and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Spread evenly in the dish and then top with remaining batter. Bake for 1 hour until golden brown. Cut into squares and serve warm Garnish with sour cream and mixed berries.
