1 lb unsifted powder sugar
½ C Cocoa
¼ tsp salt
1 unbeaten egg plus enough water to measure ⅓ C
1 tsp vanilla
⅓ C soft butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cocoa and salt in mixing bowl. Add rest ingredients, beat moderately high speed for 2-3 minutes. If too thick to spread easily, i in few drops of water. Generously frosts top and sides of two 8-9 inch layers
