1 brisket [6 to 8 lbs]
1 can Coca-Cola [12 oz]
1 bottle chili sauce [12 oz]
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 cups barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cola, chili sauce and onion soup mix.
Place brisket fat side up in a Dutch oven or 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Pour liquid mixture over brisket and cover tightly with lid or aluminum foil.
Bake at 325º for 30 minutes per pound, about 3½ hours or until tender. Trim off fat after cooking.
Pour barbecue sauce over top and warm in oven.
