1 C shortening or ¾ C lard
1 tsp salt
½ C boiling water

Directions:

Mix flour, salt and shortening, then pour water and mix with a fork. Chill over nite. Let set out a shile before rolling. Keeps a week in refrigerator.

When I was a kid I always made the pie crust and it was not this recipe. I do not know where Mom got it but once she did, she didn't mind making crust and made a lot of pie crusts for me for bake sales and 4-H events. N
