"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
I did not put and amounts next to ingredients. Over time you will know how much of each to put in. And it also depends on how many meatballs you want to make. Chopped meat can range from 1 - 5 lbs Figure each ingredient is about 2 tbsp.

Put meatballs into sauce. Me and uncle Joe each about half straight from the oven, soooo good that way.
