1 C. Brow Sugar

2 1/2 C. Crushed Corn Flakes (cereal)
1/2 C. Chopped Spanish Peanuts
1/2 C. Flaked Coconut
1 Quart Vanilla Ice Cream, Softened

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar and butter in a small sauce pan. Heat until butter melts and sugar is dissolved. Combine with cornflakes, peanuts, and coconut. Press half of the mixture in a greased 9x13 baking dish/tupperware that has a lid. Spread softened ice cream over the 1st layer. Top with the remaining crumb mixture. Freeze until firm

If you like the crunchy crumb layer you can make another do a little extra by adding 1/2 of everything. Just depends on how you like the dessert.

Take out of freezer 15 minutes before serving so you can cut a little easier before serving.
