3 Cups of Organic Cake Flour plus additional for dusting surface of dough
1 TSP Baking Soda
1 TSP Kosher Salt
1 TSP Baking Powder
4 OZ Salted Butter
1/4 Cup Organic Maple Syrup
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
8 Slices of Crumpled Bacon

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 450 degrees. In a bowl whisk together flour,
Baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Whisk to combine

Add butter& mash into dry ingredients until it is evenly dispersed
Into flour. A-pastry cutter is great for this

Add buttermilk and maple syrup and mix together until
Dough forms a ball

Place dough ball on a flour dusted cutting board and roll dough
To 1/2 inch thickness

Using a circular cookie cutter, cut out biscuits & Place on a sheet
Pan lined with parchment paper

Repeat this process, rolling out more biscuits with leftover dough
Pieces until all dough has been used

Brush top of biscuits with buttermilk and bake 15-20 minutes
Or until golden brown and puffed up
