2 beef T-bone steaks [1 inch thick and 12 oz each]
2 T olive oil
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp lime-pepper seasoning or additional lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brush steaks with oil. Combine the remaining ingredients; rub over steak.
Let sand for 10 minutes before grilling.
Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness .
Medium-rare: 145º; Medium : 160º; Well-done: 170º
