2 lbs flank steak
1 T garlic, minced
1 T cumin
2 T Creole mustard
2 T oil
3 T red wine vinegar
1½ tsp oregano
1½ tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix garlic, cumin, mustard, oil, vinegar, oregano and paprika in a large bowl.
Add the steak and marinate for 30 minutes, turning often. Place the steak on the grill over hot heat.
Baste with marinade. Cook to the desired temperature. Thinly slice across the grain of the meat.
