1 IB. Boneless skinless Turkey Breast(or chicken)
5 TBSP. Soy sauce
3.TBSP. Corn Starch
1/2. tsp. Sugar
1 Clove. Garlic
2 Oxo. Chicken Cubes or 2 TBSP powder
1 1/2 C. Boiling Water
1/4-1/2. Dried red peppers (if desired)
3 TBSP. Veg Oil
2 Carrots. 2 Small onions
Other Vegetables Optional

Cut Meat into Thin Narrow strips. Cook ahead to cut time , or combine soy sauce, Corn Starch Sugar,
and Garlic. Stir in meat. Set Aside .Dissolve Boillion in boiling water. add other stuff cook till thickened. Serve over rice or pasta
