Peanut oil
4 lb (about 40) chicken wings, rinsed and cut into pieces
12 T butter
1 Cup Franks red hot original cayenne sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse wings and cut into pieces and dry with paper towels.
In deep fryer add Peanut oil and preheat to 350 degrees.
Add wings in batches and fry approximately 12 min or till golden brown.

Place wings in oven to keep warm.

Heat butter into 12 inch skillet on medium heat.
Stir in hot sauce until smooth. Add wings to sauce and
toss to coat. Can put in crockpot to keep warm till serve.

Serve with celery and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
