2 C. warm water
2/3 C sugar
2 pkg. yeast
1½ tsp. salt
1/4 C. Oil
About 5 C. bread flour (don't use all 5 cups to being with, add a little at a time.

Directions:
Mix warm water, sugar and then add dry yeast. Next and add salt, oil, and start adding flour. Mix as best as you can and then put dough onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic. You may have to add in extra flour.
Put dough in a large greased mixing bowl and cover with plastic wrap.Let rise until it doubles in size. Take out of bowl and knead again and divide into whatever size loaves you want to make. Put in greased loaf pans and let rise again until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 -40 minutes for two loaves. If making small loaves, approximately 25 minutes. Watch so it doesn't burn.
Makes 2 big loaves or 5 small loafs.

Also makes good cinnamon buns!
