1 bag frozen shredded hash browns
4 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion, finely chopped
½ c. milk
2 c.. shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but 1 cup of cheese together in a bowl then pour into a greased 9" x 13” baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, remove cover and place in a cold oven. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Once at temperature, bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown on top.
